    Payments can be made by logging into AppFolio using your username and password. You should have received an email prompting you to create a profile; however, if you need us to reissue the email, please feel free to reach out to the management office. We are always happy to help

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Maintenance requests can be made by logging into AppFolio using your username and password. The maintenance team will receive your request and will reach back out to you within one business day. In the case of a maintenance emergency, please call.

  • How do I submit an ARC request?

    ARC requests can be made by submitting a maintenance request through your online portal. Please be sure to note that it is an ARC request in your notes to the maintenance/management team.

  • Where can I find bylaws and other documents?

  • What do my condo owner fees cover?

    Your condo owner fees cover costs to maintain the building, your unit’s internet, common utilities, common repairs, general liability insurance (not personal property insurance), and a variety of other expenditures the Brent Condominium Association needs to pay in order to operate effectively and remain in compliance with the current legislation.   • Can I prepay my condo owner fees?

    Yes you can. If you would like to pay any condo owner fees in advance, please reach out to the management office, and someone will be happy to assist you.
